My Terms of Service

1. What I Don’t Do
I don’t create NSFW content or anything outside my expertise.
2. Communication
Communication will be through email, Discord, Instagram, or Messenger.
I may ask for clearer photos, color/name preferences, or specific details about the subject being drawn.
3. Process & Timeline
Work begins after consultation and payment.
Completion: 1 day to 2 weeks.
Updates will be sent at key stages upon request (e.g., sketch, color).
Clients must provide references and confirm details/preferences before I begin.
4. Payment
Payments must be made upfront via PayPal or CashApp.
5. Refunds
No refunds will be issued after work has started.
If I haven’t started within 1–2 weeks, you may request a refund.
6. Revisions
Two free revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.
Additional revisions: $1+ depending on complexity.
Small changes (e.g., color adjustments): Free or minimal fee.
Big changes (e.g., redrawing sections): $2+ unless stated otherwise.
7. Final Files
Delivered as a PNG file via messages or email (JPEG available upon request).
8. Limitations
I am not selling physical prints, stickers, or merchandise yet. You may create your own prints for personal use. This may change in the future.
9. Copyright
I retain the rights to the artwork for portfolio and promotional purposes (unless otherwise requested by the client under specific circumstances).
My work is for personal use only—no commercial use is allowed without prior agreement and additional fees.
